Hey, what’s going on guys? This is Ryan with Flagship, doing a final walkthrough on one of our just, I would say about 97% completed flips, they’re doing touch-ups and stuff. We’re going to get this one listed next week. I got to show you what we did to it.
Here we are, Jefferson Street in LaGrange, Georgia. When we bought this house, the house and deck we’re about the same color, so we painted everything. Painted the exterior of the house white, cleaned it up and then restained the deck, made it look a little better. Still needs to be cleaned, but it’s looking a lot better. Really cool exterior porch here on this house wraps around about half or maybe a little over half the house, so it’s a really nice porch. But that’s really pretty much the extent of what we did on the exterior. We cleaned up the landscaping, just cleaned up any trash around here and painted everything. Didn’t put a new roof or anything on this one.
If you walk in the living room here, you can see we’ve got our LVP flooring, we put in almost everything. Fresh paint. We did new light fixtures in every room. New door handles. New closet handles. Going to walk in here to this first bedroom. You can see new floors, new paint, new fan. Put blinds in here. A lot of these closets were kind of strange, so we had to kind of finagle those, put new doors on and kind of extend them out and build the shelving and stuff in here. So just got a box of stuff in there, so leave that alone.
Come in here, we’ve got a dining room. We got to do some floor leveling. It’s still not completely level, but the floors are really solid. It’s an old house, so you can expect a little dipping and whatnot on the floors a little bit, but it’s a lot better than it was. Going into the kitchen here we painted these cabinets blue. Probably be the first and only time we use this blue color, I’m not a huge fan of it, but it doesn’t look too bad. Put in granite countertops, tile backsplash. Still waiting on appliances here. It’s probably the main thing we have left to do is get the appliances in here. But the counters are all good.
Walk in here, we’ve got two more bedrooms and a bathroom back here. It’s a three bedroom, one bath. We did some finagling here with how the bathrooms were laid out. Sorry, I’ve got those guys out there doing touch-ups, hear them hammering. One thing we’ve got to fix here, there’s no trim on this closet door, so they’ll knock that out. There used to be a door right there that led into another bedroom. We eliminated that door to fix our walkthrough bedroom problem. And then it’s still a little funky, but I thought it would be better than a walkthrough bedroom to have, we’d step through this bathroom here to get to this third bedroom.
Now we’re right underneath where he’s hammering, so this audio is probably worthless. But here in the bathroom, new vanity, towel shower, new kind of gold fixtures and everything, new mirror, towel rods. So yeah, we’re getting ready to list this one next week. We need to do a deep clean on it and still do a few touch-up items, but that’s about it.
