Hey, what’s going on guys? This is Ryan with Flagship out front of our newest completed flip here in LaGrange, Georgia. We’ve actually already put this one on the markets under contract to sell in a few weeks. Going to do a walkthrough and show you what we did with it.
Here we are outside of the flip on Hearn Road in La Grange. The outside was actually in half decent shape. The roof was good, so we didn’t change the roof. This front porch basically had to be rebuilt. It was not built right. So we had to rebuild and put a new metal piece on the front porch, kind of fix some of those railings. We did a full exterior paint around this whole house, so we’ll walk you around the outside, but we did a full paint on the outside. We got some nice plants blooming here. Great weather today.
But yeah, that’s the well house for this house. We put in a new well pump and bladder tank in the process of everything. But yeah, painted everything on the outside, painted the shed out here. And as you can see over, can’t really tell too much, but our next door neighbor has horses, so it’s a really nice, awesome lot out here, honestly, for the buyer. But yeah, that’s pretty much what we did on the outside. We re-screened this screen porch, kind of put some supports in underneath the house to make sure everything was stable, but not a whole lot on the outside.
Now we’re here on the inside of the property on Hearn Road. This is where we did most of our work. So this is the living room. See the front door here? And here we did our kind of normal things, new flooring throughout, new paint. This is kind of where we did a lot of our… So a lot of our work, when we bought this house, it was a two bedroom, one bath, and then this was kind of just a bonus room. We basically have converted this into a master suite with the screen porch off of it. And then we added this bathroom here to make it a three bedroom, two bathhouse. So I think that helped us make it more sellable. So we did a full renovation here on the bathroom, tile shower, new toilet, new vanity, the whole nine yards.
And then we redid the whole kitchen, new kitchen cabinets, new countertops, new appliances, new lighting, new tile back splash. So everything’s brand new here in the kitchen. Yeah. And then here in the back bedrooms and the bathroom that was existing, we kind of just did our normal thing, painted new floors, new lights. These are big bedrooms here off the back of the house. And then this was the existing bathroom. We kept this vanity, just painted it, added new hardware, put in a new big mirror, tile shower, granite top, new plumbing fixtures, the whole nine yards. So yeah, super excited with how this one turned out. Was a really good outcome for us and going to be a great house for a new first time homeowner.
