What’s going on guys? This is Ryan with Flagship. We’re here out in front of one of our current active flip properties. We’re about 80% of the way done on this thing, so just wanted to walk through on that.
Here we are on the outside. It’s been partially painted. The siding has been painted. We still got to paint the porch and the base around. Had a good roof on it and a good AC, so really all we’re doing on the outside is cleaning up the yard, painting everything, making sure all the windows work and things like that. It’s pretty simple stuff, so they’ll be done with the paints. Been a lot of rain here recently, so it’s slowed things down, but we’ll paint the base of this thing and get it rolling.
On the inside we’re good bit of the ways done. Got the new flooring in, but mostly painted everything in here. See, we’ve got new flooring, new light fixtures and fans up, new doors throughout everywhere, new door handles. Bathroom is one of the last things we’re doing, so we’ll tile this tub. Get it rolling. This vanity was actually already here.
It’s a three-bedroom, one-bath house, so we’ve got the new floors. New, this third bedroom here, and we’ll roll into the kitchen. New light fixtures, and then we’ve got… Painted the cabinets, put on new hardware, new backsplash tile here. Getting a new range put in here this week.
So yeah, this is it. New chandelier there. Getting pretty close on this one. Can’t wait to get this one on the market.
