Hey, what’s going on, guys? This is Ryan with Flagship out front of one of our newest renovation projects. We’re close to wrapping up here in LaGrange. I’m going to walk you through and show you the updates.
This is our house here on Forest Avenue in LaGrange, in the Hillside neighborhood. If you recall when we first purchased this, we had red painted brick base, red painted shutters, everything. So we repainted everything. Cleaned up the yard, still need some kind of yard touch-ups. Just had a shutter fall off, so we got to get that reattached. But largely didn’t do a whole lot on the outside, just kind of cleaned everything up on the outside, painted the exterior.
And most of our work was done on the inside. So let’s check that out. Here we are on the inside of 1316 Forest. As you can see, we had some old dingy cabinets in here before. We put in new cabinets, new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. We’re about 95% done on this one. We’ve got a few punch-out things that we’re going to do.
But we’ve got the new flooring in. Got a broken transition strip there we’ve got to fix. But new LVP flooring throughout the whole house. We painted everything, new light fixtures, new fans, updates to the bathroom. So we basically had to go in and redo this whole house. So a nice little three, one in a good neighborhood. New fan there. So just cosmetically, redid a lot of stuff.
A lot of the flooring in here, subflooring was very wavy, so we went underneath the house, kind of leveled everything out as best we could. Right here, there was basically a big hole in the wall, so we had to patch that all up, re-Sheetrock that area. There was a big hole in the bathroom ceiling that we fixed. But new vanity, new mirror, new toilet, new floor in here, and made the necessary repairs to the tub.
Yeah, so pretty straightforward. This will be a rental for us. A three-bed, one-bath rental in a nice little LaGrange neighborhood. So we’re pretty excited about it.
