What’s going on, guys? This is Ryan with Black Ship here in Leesburg, Georgia. I haven’t seen this one in a while. It was a different color the last time we saw it. But checking in on our flip down here. Got a good bit of work still left to do, but we’re making progress.
Here we are on the outside. This house, last time you saw it, was a green color. We’ve now painted it white, painted the brick on the bottom black. So it’s looking a lot better. These windows are terrible, but they’re going to be getting replaced this week, weather dependent. Because they were supposed to be in last week, but it rained all last week so we couldn’t get windows in. So the house will look a lot better when we get the new windows in. We’ve got all the overgrowth has been removed out here. Last time I believe we updated, there was trees, you couldn’t hardly see the house from all the growth around it. So we look a lot better. We’ve got our big pile of trash here from the project.
Yeah, so the yard’s looking a lot better. There was a pool there, it has since been filled in and there’s no longer a pool, so that’s good. Over here you could hardly see, it wasn’t open at all. There was a mess out there, so it looks a lot better. Just white all the way around, black base. Got to get a crawlspace door installed here. But underneath here, we’ve got to do a lot of work to the ductwork underneath. That’ll hopefully start this week.
What else? And then we’re going to have to do a lot of… Still, we’ve got a lot more landscaping, get all this. We’re going to do punch straw all around. And fix this driveway up, make it look a lot better. Walk inside here, our living area. We’ve got a bunch of junk here in the room. We’re making progress, but we’ve still got a bunch of trash here. So we came in, we had to cut out a lot of these floors, they were rotted out. So we leveled all the floors throughout the house with plywood. And they’re ready to lay floors. We ripped out all the cabinets in here. Had to move the water box, move an outlet, all that cool stuff. Redo some Sheetrock here. But we’re ready for cabinets. We’ve got cabinets all over the place, which is what’s slowing us down now because we’re missing a couple, a couple are broken before we can get them installed.
But as you can see floors here, we’re working on these windows that’ll be replaced this week. Here’s one of the bathrooms. Got a new tub insert here and we’re going to tile up this wall at some point. Put a new vanity in here. This is another bedroom, got to add a light fixture. They’ve got all the walls primed, ready for paint. And let’s see. More floor leveling here, we’ve got the walls primed, more cabinets everywhere. The cabinets is what’s really slowing us down here because I can’t get the measurements for the countertops done until I get the cabinets in. The cabinets are taking up all kinds of space in here. And so these cabinets, once we get them done, we’ll be able to really get rolling on here. We’ve got a vanity ready to go in here. Jetted tub, needs some love, but we’ll get that cleaned up. So yeah, cabinets, doors, windows are next. Then we’ll get the painting finished, floors in, countertops in, we’ll be rolling.
