What’s going on, guys? This is Ryan with Flagship, out in front of my flip here in LaGrange, Georgia. We’re currently in progress on this one, so I was going to walk through and show everybody the progress. Have not done much on the outside yet, that is still to come. But we’re going to paint everything out here; paint the shutters, fix up the yard, and things like that, but that has not been done yet. Most of it’s been done on the inside, so we’ll go check that out real quick. All right, we’re walking in the front door on the LaGrange flip here. What has been done in here? Primarily what’s been done that you can tell at least is the interior paint. We’ve got all the walls painted and the ceilings and the cabinets. Now, I bought the wrong size cabinet hinges for my painter, so he has not been able to reattach the cabinets yet, but they are painted and once I get him the right equipment, he will be able to reattach them.
But walls and ceilings looking really good in here. Don’t have doors right now. We’re actually going to replace all the doors, so I haven’t bought those yet. That’ll be into the project. Going in here to this laundry room, we did some plumbing work; not very flashy, but we replaced this water box here for the washing machine. And actually while I was here today, the guys came and took the countertops off. We’re going to be coming back in with granite countertops, replacing these appliances, but the cabinets have been painted. There’s more doors and drawers there. Just got to get the right hinges.
We’ll obviously replace the dishwasher here eventually, and they should be coming back later this week or next week to put these counters in. Go back through here. Did a few little electrical things in the house, but nothing really to write home about; just repairing a few needed things. The floors are going in in a couple of weeks unless somebody cancels, then we can get our flooring crew on it quicker. Painted the vanities. We will have new tops coming in and we refinished these tile tubs, looking really good. I can’t remember what color they were before, but it was a unique, maybe like a peach color or something like that.
Got my handymen starting tomorrow. You can see we’ve got fans for each bedroom, so we’ll replace all these fans. And another fan. These guys are going to start replacing all these outlet covers, making them look good. Replace all the light fixtures in the bathrooms. Painted vanity, refinished tile. So we’ve gotten a decent amount done in here. It’ll look a lot better obviously when the flooring is done and the handyman work is done. But just wanted to update you guys on the progress here.
We got a bunch of material in here that my handymen are going to be working with. A fan for the outside. There is a spot right here where there’s some water damage from some leaking in the roof. So we’re going to have to cut out this piece of panel and add in a new piece and we’ll just have my painter repaint it when he comes in to do touch-ups. Here’s all the materials, light fixtures for the bathrooms, and fans for the living room. Here’s a mailbox we’re going to add. All the outlet covers. So we’re moving right along here, but still got a good ways to go, but making progress.
